PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors / Presenters may submit the full paper using the form below. The form MUST BE FILLED IN BY or FOR the PRESENTING AUTHOR.
Please make sure that correct format requirements (IEEE paper style guide) are followed before submitting your paper. You may download the template using the link buttons.
This form will only accept full paper in .doc and .docx format.
- The paper SHOULD be submitted on or before 16 July 2024 (Tuesday).
- The paper SHOULD be submitted by the STUDENT. The presentation MUST be done by the student.
- Best Student Paper Awards* will be accorded to a well-written paper mainly authored by the student. Winning papers will also be invited for publication in the International Energy Journal (IEJ) – a Clarivate Analytics-indexed (with Impact Factor), Scopus-abstracted, and EI Compendex-listed peer-reviewed journal owned by the Asian Institute of Technology.
- Best Student Presentation Awards* will be handed to outstanding presentations (full paper will not be required).
- * Only entries registered/paid on or before 15 August 2024 (end of early-bird rate period) will be considered.

Only final paper submissions of those who have presented at the ICUE 2024 international conference will be accepted.
Deadline of submission is 04 November 2024. Only papers following the format of IEEE paper style guide will be accepted, please download the template above.
